If there is a particular trek or tour you are interested in, please make sure you have reviewed the applicable web pages on our site for pricing options first. General enquiries asking about the price of a particular trek without further details we can use to help you, will result in us sending you a link to the related web page.  To help us assist you more efficiently please let us know your dates/ group size/ inclusions - exclusions/ budget options (budget/ standard/ deluxe) or any other requirements and info you can provide to let us help you more efficiently.


We cannot accommodate short-notice bookings online.  All bookings made online must be booked and confirmed with payment of deposit at least 72 hours prior to arrival.  Taking into account the number of emails back and forth usually required, and our  sometimes limited email availability, if you are contacting us less than a week before your arrival, we may not have sufficient time to confirm your booking online.  If you are looking to make a short-notice booking, you must call us.
